Our Vision For An Online MAM Starts With Rockschool
We are going to be building a new branch of Music Academy, focusing on online tuition combining all the benefits of online tuition with our community based approach that we are known for.
How Rockschool Will Work Online
Basically, once a student books onto their week for Rockschool Online they have the goal of learning 5 songs on a set week during August through a combination of live classes and pre created material. We want to have this as an offering during August 2020 with different groups and songs per week.
Live Lessons
Live scheduled Zoom classes with specialist teachers where the teacher will go through the song of the day on their instrument (at a variety of pre created ability levels) for example: Keyboard 9:00 a.m, Drums 10:00 a.m. These sessions will give students a chance to ask questions.
Access To Pre Created Material
Pre created material including worksheets for the songs at three ability levels, plus a recorded video jam tracks where students can jam along with the teachers on any chosen instrument at their own pace.
