We’ll align your calendar with your new teacher. This is the trickiest part since availability is tight, so we need to get this locked in first.

 Once we’ve matched you with a teacher, we’ll map out your next goal and set the direction for your lessons.  I'll hop on a 20 minute Rockstar Roadmap Session, to get clear.

Your new teacher will receive a full plan along with my detailed handover notes, so they’ll have both historical context and clear future goals from day one.

This is where the plan comes to life. Your teacher will set you up for success based on the roadmap we’ve created.

Over the next few months, I’ll be checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly and addressing anything that needs focus. I’ll still be providing overarching support for you and all students at Barnt Green.
